Data we process
The details you enter in our quote, trade fair and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, service requested, dates, number of guests and rooms, and your message. We do not ask for ID numbers, passport details or health data; please do not share them.
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data to respond to your request, prepare a quote and handle bookings, on the basis of contract formation and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).
Storage and sharing
Form data is not stored in a website database; it is sent only to our company email address. Correspondence is kept as long as the request requires and as required by law. Booking details are shared only with the relevant hotels and transfer providers.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@atlantistraveltr.com.
Cookies
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser. Google Analytics is loaded only if you select "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can change your choice via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS; forms are protected against abuse and your IP address is not stored (only a temporary, irreversible hash is used for rate limiting).
