What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the booking date and the hotel's conditions. The terms that apply to you are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
How do transfers work?
We meet your guests at Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen and take them to the hotel, hospital or expo centre. Mercedes Vito for individuals; minibuses or coaches for groups.
Do you offer group discounts?
We offer corporate pricing for group and recurring bookings, quoted according to the number of guests and length of stay.
How is payment made?
Payment method and terms are agreed with your organisation at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

What is your trade fair accommodation service?
We arrange accommodation and transfers near TÜYAP Beylikdüzü and Istanbul Expo Center for fair participants. We recommend planning early according to the fair calendar.

No. Our services cover hotel accommodation, transfers and operations in Istanbul.
